The peaceful garden view from our Standard King Room made our stay memorable. The fitness centre was an excellent bonus, allowing us to keep active during our trip.

The pool area was large and well-maintained.

Our experience at Wyndham was absolutely frustrating. Housekeeping was a disaster, leaving us short on towels and completely ignoring our requests. Breakfast was more like a chaotic stampede with no room to sit, making it impossible to enjoy the food.

i can’t believe how noisy breakfast was, it was filled with kids—so much for a relaxing morning. also, housekeeping really dropped the ball on service. i thought i’d at least get a room upgrade for all my troubles, but alas, i was treated like some ordinary guest. the whole experience was below my expectations, absoluteley uncalled for!

Comfortable room, safe environment, with the bathroom being very clean and having strong water pressure, paired with free parking and easy access to Don Miguel Hidalgo Airport, made our stay quite enjoyable.

The king room I stayed in was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel’s atmosphere, surrounded by trees and plants, created a pleasant environment, and the check-in process was efficient and welcoming.

We had a great time hanging out by the spacious pool area and loved the delicious breakfast each morning. We explored Tlaquepaque for its artsy vibe and visit the tequila distilleries nearby. Highly recommend checking out the courtyard too. it’s a perfect spot to chill. Staff was friendly and helpful.
